Bamboo is both naturally absorbent and anti bacterial. They have a double layer and an invisible laminate backing to prevent leaks. They are slim and discreet so won't show through your clothes. There are eight pads, four x smaller for daytime and four x larger for night time use or heavier flow. We recommend you wash before use to increase absorbency. Washable breast pads are better for the environment and will save you money
